In Part 1, you’ll learn to create simple, delicious fermented foods that support digestion and immunity through the busy holiday season.
Then, in Part 2, we’ll switch to the sweet side with plant-based holiday treats that are as nourishing as they are decadent. Think vibrant, naturally sweet, and totally guilt-free.
Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or just love learning new ways to nourish yourself, this workshop will leave you inspired, glowing, and ready to bring wellness to your holiday table.
